“I cannot thank Angela enough for the professional and personal support she provided me during an unexpected journey that lasted more than two months due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill while on vacation in France during the unfolding of Covid-19. It was so wonderful to work with Angela, as she was familiar with several travel options at a time when travel policies were changing daily. She helped arrange our long car ride to Paris with a contact she had worked with previously. This was better than me picking a random transport company. I knew my husband would need a certain car/van, so he could lie down. Angela made this happen for us, and also arranged for snacks, water, and a Nespresso machine in the vehicle. The fact that neither my husband nor I spoke French complicated the situation even further. However, Angela kept all lines of communication open between everyone involved. Everything went well. Landing in Seattle on April 23 after about 40+ hours of travel was amazing! I have never been so happy to be home. I would highly recommend that anyone use AZA Luxury Travel for their travel needs!”
